Here are some bugs found by a member of this site Dios X. These bugs occur for Blackheart on both the Xbox 360 and PS3 ports of the game. The first two videos show Blackheart doing no chip damage depending on when you activate his “Judgment Day” super. The next two show a bug with Blackhearts’ ice shard attack. The first video is what is happening and the second is what should. Enjoy!
